So this paper analyzes the current ice temperature technology market in our country, and puts forward some valuable suggestions for the project management. 《Research design》 The paper will base on the current research result and explain the scale, quality, spending, human resource and competition in the market of this technology. Moreover, the paper will analyze the process of organizing, planning, human-resource-managing and risk-controlling respectively. Furthermore, by comparison with various freezing technology, the paper concludes that the controlled freezing-point technology may be a kind of safe and cost-effectively method. At last, the paper will analyze the development and provide the specific measures to support the application of this technology. 《Research Results & Contribution》 On the market competition ability, the ice temperature technology has the advantage in the storage time, the living body preservation, the storage food and quality equipment expens. The ice temperature technique can be also used in all the food, but lose at the higher requirements of freezer of ice temperature technology. It is difficult to predict the time, but it can be carried out in the technology promotion. Ice temperature technology to high-end market or large-scale collection of agricultural products for the application of the enterprise.
