According to the National Communications Commission (referred to NCC ) published in January 21, 2016, "in 2015 the number of broadband Internet account", the number of Internet account Taiwan 26,700,758, of which fixed (wired) broadband account number reached 5,656,330, mobile broadband account amounting to 19,083,653, in recent years, with mobile Internet access over a wireless carrier has officially entered the faster 4G technology services, and the other because of consumers'' access to media content requirements, not only the evolution from text to images and video, to the timeliness but require immediate (Anytime, Anywhere, Any Device), so the new media innovative services mostly focus on the application of wireless mobile Internet, the family wired broadband Internet access with wireless mobile Internet users become increasingly popular, the number of customers has been a downward trend, So for industry operators to provide broadband, the cable broadband Internet access customer''s management will become a major problem on the operation. The case study will be Taiwan''s largest broadband company, for example, proposed by scholars and SWOT analysis, five forces analysis, STP + 4P analysis, 4C based on the analysis, to explore wired broadband Internet access in wireless mobile Internet products under the impact of Taiwan changes broadband industry. And competing strategic analysis discusses wired broadband Internet access industry on how to avoid both the loss of customers, and how to develop new customers and increasing the revenue of the business strategy, and the use of Taiwan''s largest broadband company 86,672 cases of broadband pen once or existing customer usage behavior do large data analysis of information, the elaboration of customer management. By analyzing the results of the model and Building hope summarized under the consumer media content acquisition changes in behavior, affect wired broadband Internet service to the operators of the number of customers and profit. Further use of customer management business model analysis of this study, the Taiwan provide wired broadband Internet operators more accurate business strategy recommendations, therefore, suggested that the relevant industry can proceed towards the following points: 1. The development of the Internet OTT (Over The Top) branched out into film and television content industry branched out into game 2. 3. The content industry to expand the domestic development of new markets 4. things IoT (Internet of things). Thereby increasing both the rate continued to stay wired broadband customers, and increase revenues through the promotion of value-added services, but also enhance the company''s reputation and increase opportunities to expand new customers.
