Popis: | 104 In this study, through practical company visit to understand the process of the internal supply chain of A Enterprise. The study will propose an improved solution for the production processes in order to improve the actual effectiveness of the plant flow arrangement and made the company production line more smooth and efficient for future plant expansion alterations. After the implementation of lean principles in the supply chain, with the elimination of no value-added process, the concept of pull system will be learned. Attitude and adoption of lean ongoing system enhance the company's manufacturing performance of the internal supply chain flow to achieve the goal of sustainable management. Through analysis of the lean value stream management, the study can clearly indicate that A Enterprise has the waste (muda) in waiting, correction, transportation, inventory, by proposing improved methods to analyze, evaluate and revise the issues including the time (such as cycle time, conversion time, processing time, lead time), the moving distance (such as parts, employees, file transfer or transport), errors (such as defective products, data entry errors), inefficient method of operation, as well as queue lines (such as wait staff or equipment parts maintenance, order wait for the process), and then reached the overall efficiency improvement. After the above mentioned improvement,the overall efficiency for the company can be saved nearly eighty hundred and thirty thousand of waste per year. |
