Popis: | 104 In an etching process, etching solution and clean water are essential and important factors. When there exists wrong control of valves of the solution and water piping, the counter flow of solution or water could induce product pollution or increase solution cost. A disaster could occur when effects of the counter flow get serious. Hence, a key for practical operation is how to reduce human risks of operating valves. This study proposes a mobile device by improving an original handheld terminal to provide convenient and secure operation of valves. The mobile device can communicate with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) through a server by TCP/IP. An advanced maintenance scheme, including on-line checklist and shop floor photo, is also presented for confirming operation of the valves. The developed system can link and control of PLC, server, and mobile device. Except to reducing 90% cost of the original terminals, this proposed system also can decrease human risks by using the maintenance scheme. Therefore, this system can be a reference model for practical design. |
