| Popis: | 104 The purpose of this research is to discuss the selection of international express providers for the high-technology industry. Based on the relevant literature and the features of high-technology industry, the selection criteria (SCs) for international express were first investigated. An ANP (Analytic Network Process) model was then proposed to assess the SCs' weights from high-technology manufactures' perspectives, by which an assessment system was constructed to select the international express providers. Finally, the electronic manufactures in south Taiwan were empirically investigated to validate the research model. The results provide insights for the high-technology manufactures to select international express providers. Further, the results also provide useful information for international express providers to improve their service quality. |
