| Popis: | 104 The aim of this study had discussing the situation of firemen's attitude in Fire Department of Yunlin County. It was hoping to encourage firemen to set up positive life attitude.This study adopted the first-line firemen as study caseswith questionnaires. The effective response rate is 91.3%, after giving out 230questionnaires.I received 210 questionnaires back.The tool used in this study is "Firemen' Life Attitude Scale" and the data was used SPSS 18.0 for windowsto analysis the Reliability for each question. This study used Descriptive Statistics, Independent t-test, One-Way ANOVA to analyze data.The result wereas follow. 1.The firemen's life attitude tend to be positive. 2.Using repeated measures of variance analysis and found out there are significant differences exist among six scale. After paired comparison,it found out the six scale sequence in life experience, sense of existence, attitude to death, love and care, life independence, and life ideal. 3.The firemen have different educational backgrounds had significant differences in delaminated and whole life attitude. Using scheffe method to do further examination, found out that only life ideal, sense of existence,and life attitude are notable, and that graduated from college is higher than those from specialized school. |
