| Popis: | 104 This research is based on paternalistic leadership theory, to explore the practice and phenomena of non-sports specialty teachers implement paternalistic leadership on elementary school sports team, research methods are based on observing qualitative research and semi-structured interviews. The participants are Marina Elementary School Sports Team (one coach, three assistant coach and thirty athletes). Research shows:(1) Sports team coach still retains clear paternalistic leadership on grace, majesty and morality behavior, but it’s the most obvious authoritarian leadership when in competitions.x(2)In benevolent leadership, sports team coaches treat athletes equally, and no discrimination.(3)In moral leadership, sports team coaches will behave as role model and learning object for the athletes. Based on the findings, this study presents practical suggestions and recommendations for future research, and also provide as reference research for elementary school sports team.
