Technology acceptance model: A study on the factors affecting customer use of 4G mobile Internet

Popis:	104 4G mobile Internet services have been implemented in Taiwan for more than two years and the number of users has increased steadily. In order to attract customers, local telecommunication operators constantly launch new service plans. Based on the technology acceptance model (TAM), this study examined consumers’ behavioral Intentions with respect to using 4G mobile Internet. Targeting consumers who have had experience of using 4G mobile Internet services, this study collected 200 effective responses via an online survey. Results showed that consumers’ perceived usefulness did not significantly affect their behavioral intentions, but consumers’ attitude toward using 4G services had a positive effect on behavioral Intention.
