The CSP is based on the different corporate stakeholders (including community, diversity, employee relations, environment, human rights, and product) to measure CSR activities. We have four conclusions. First, the managers who with higher management ability and invest CSR can improve corporate operating performance. Second, we find CEOs with higher general managerial skills may lead higher CSR, improve corporate operating performance. Third, the managers who with higher management ability and invest positive CSR and negative CSR can reduce ROA, COGS and COST.
