A Study on Effects of Teachers and Educare Givers' Professional Development under the Early Childhood Education Guidance Program

The purpose of this study was to investigate the preschool educare givers current sta-tus of professional development under the early childhood education guidance pro-gram in Hualien County. Questionnaire survey is applied in this study. First, the relat-ed documents were collected for research on the theory and the contents of teachers’ professional development. Secondly, with questionnaire service, the researcher took the preschool educare givers in Hualien County who has been under the early child-hood education guidance program as sampling and sent out 117 questionnaires to the educare givers and had 97 ones back. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent-samples T test, one-way ANOVA and stepwise regression. According to the research result, the conclusions were summarized as follows: Early childhood edu-cation guidance program for enhancing the preschool, educare givers’ professional de-velopment of Hualien County is having effective. In addition, have to pay attention to the Hualien County, the gap between city and suburban district, and the number of time counselors, counseling shall consider the impact of age on preschool educare giv-ers during counseling. Finally, the researcher, according to the result of this study, pro-vided a few suggestions for the educational administrative authorities, preschool edu-care givers and further researches.
