台灣自行車產業專利分析之研究

| Popis: | 104 For the past few years, environmental protection issues have led to the development of the bicycle industry, many companies have come into the bicycle market and to explore the dynamics of competitiveness and patented technology development of the bicycle industry; however, patent analysis on this industry is limited. The number of patent documents is huge, each file content may contain professional and technical vocabulary, so that researchers or patent engineer will be difficult to review and analyze the relevant patents effectively. If via text mining technology, from a large number of patent texts to find out more precise information, it will be a great help for researchers and patent engineers. Therefore, this study conducts quantitative patent analysis on top 10 companies having the most applications of patents, and applies IPC to proceed each system classification. Then, using text mining technology to find out the key words of each system, to show the result of the patent analysis by visual way. Based on the results of Social network analysis, through different similarity threshold test, the changes of overall patent network can be observed. Moreover, using the measure of the Lambdas set can effectively identify the most important or influential patent from the network map. Based on the results of Multidimensional scaling analysis, the relationship between the Giant companies and the target company for among the various systems, developed patented technology pipe fitting, stampede, seat, oil pressure, rim and other development direction of the more prominent also in the position of leader of; relations between them closer to the rest of the target company is, the more similar to developed patented technology development direction, therefore, there may be a higher competitive relationship .This research obtains the status of their various system technology developments and the competition between companies can assist domestic bicycle industry to plan for future reference layout of the R&D strategy and patent. |
