應用田口法探討填料物對溶液除濕性能影響及參數最佳化研究

Popis: | 104 In recent years, with the climate change, ozone depletion and greenhouse effect, the subject of landscape preservation is paid gradual attention to. Therefore, the concept of independent control of temperature and humidity is used gradually for conditioning humid air. This study uses experimental analysis and Taguchi method to discuss the effect of different packing materials on the liquid desiccant dehumidification system performance, to study the operating parameter optimization for liquid desiccant dehumidification in specific scope of experiment. It is found that under the same operating conditions, the flat type structured packing as the basal packing of dehumidification tower has better dehumidifying capacity than the wave type structured packing. The dehumidifying capacity of flat type is 7.54g/kg when the optimum experimental parameter combination is solution concentration 30%, regeneration tower air output 410CMH, dehumidification tower solution flow 50LPM and Crown type random packing. The dehumidifying capacity of flat type optimum parameter combination is higher than the 7th group with the highest dehumidifying capacity in the flat type orthogonal table by 0.49g/kg. The dehumidifying capacity of the wave type is 7.1g/kg when the optimum experimental parameters are solution concentration 20%, regeneration tower air output 410CMH, dehumidification tower solution flow 70LPM and Crown type random packing. The dehumidifying capacity of the wave type optimum parameters is higher than the 5th group with the highest dehumidifying capacity in the wave type orthogonal table by 0.6g/kg. The dehumidifying capacity of the optimum experimental parameter combination of flat type structured packing is higher than the optimum experimental combination of wave type structured packing by 0.4g/kg. In terms of the selection of random packing, according to the experimental analysis, the Crown type packing material has better dehumidifying capacity than Plum blossom Type packing material and MiG type packing material, the performance is optimized. |
