離島風力發電對電力潮流及暫態穩定度影響分析

Popis: | 104 This paper mainly discusses the impact on the existing off-island power system if the off-island power system is added into wind turbines for renewable energy. A simulation is conducted on the electric power generators, buses, transformers, transmission and distribution lines, wind turbines and other electrical equipment. This paper uses a power system simulation software to construct a complete dynamic model of the off-island power system, and conducts a simulation and analysis to observe the impact of the wind turbine on the off-island power system’s power flow and transient stability. The power flow simulates the load direction, the line carrying capacity and the transformer’s utilization rate for observed, while the transient stability simulates the impact on the off-island power generator’s rotor angle, speed, bus voltage and other electrical equipment when a sudden three-phase short circuit critical clearing time, frequency changes of the new wind turbine and voltage. The analysis results are then compared with Taipower’s planning criteria for power transmission system and key points for Renewable Energy power Generation system’s Alignment Techniques, and serve as on important basis for future research, planning, setup and power generation of renewable-energy wind turbines on off-islands and in other areas. |
