Popis: | 104 LED industry in Taiwan has developed more than 40 years, the world''s largest output, the output value of the second in Japan. With technology development, LED product line has been expanded to mobile phones, panels, large billboards, traffic lights and automotive electronics and other fields. Major companies are forecast estimates LED lighting will be the next wave of growth engine and major future energy-saving technology. Taiwan''s government has been one of the development priorities Green LED lighting elected, expected to lead the Taiwan LED industry in the international have a place. This study will try to understand Taiwan''s LED industry and international development course and currently overview, and for the internationalization strategy study of Taiwan''s LED industry. By case study approach to enterprise development advantage and industrial characteristic angle view of the external environment, to explore the relationship between manufacturers enter the international market opportunity and competition between policies. Through the literature and secondary data, to verify the results of the interview, the conclusions of this study as follows: Overall, the LED manufacturers international journey so far is to expand market share and close the market as the main. Choose to invest in countries with lower manufacturing costs, the market size of the host country, and related with offered preferential. We found that some cases of international way with literature is different, that cultures, geographic distance are closer to the establishment of wholly-owned subsidiaries way related, however, the case company, but is established a joint venture company, the reason is the company in the host country marketing and manufacturing experience and local implementation policies have a considerable degree of understanding. In order to rapidly expand the market, choose a passive way to establish joint venture subsidiary. Companies in the international process, select the joint venture or wholly-owned subsidiaries mode, generally influenced by several factors: 1. The amount of international experience, size manufacturers 2. The level of market potential 3. The size of the host country to offer concessions 4. The extent of the complete product line 5. Other factors, including human resources, legal restrictions, willingness to cooperate and the like. |
