In view of science and technology to change with each passing day, we should think of the requirements of mankind because the technology is always based on humanity. Bluetooth technology is a popular transmission mode of Wireless Transaction Protocol (WTP) at present. People exercise this technology to transmit the data files,meanwhile, we can get rid of cable connector for data transmission currently. That is more convenient and instantaneous to operate. This thesis is a study to analyze the Bluetooth module of testing method in manufacturing conveyors. We plan a set of package software to simulate testing method in order to measure the intensity of wireless communication as a solving scheme. An isolated box was made to cut off signal-to-noise ratio, in addition, we also fabricate a suitable instrument in order to enhance convenience and increase stability for products test switching. We use self-design program to the system by way of testing module connects computer USB Hub with connector, and then it calculates to get lots of testing statistics during the experiment period. We can analyze the output data as a result of testing. We also apply the virtual testing program into production facility, and therefore couldn’t do the other test again when the plant manufactures Bluetooth products. It is simply to build over small testing rooms on conveyors for certificates. Thus the owner can reduce productional cost and save testing time efficiently; and further, it will be promoted to the rate of good output. By then the company can increase a lot of profit.
