Popis: | 104 In recent years, Taiwan a series of major food safety incident occurs, community concern about food safety issues, organic diet is also increasing attention. how to improve their diets, make you and the next generation can have a healthy and safe food, strengthen the cognition and education of organic diet is very important. This study surveys the cognition and behavior of organic diet from the teachers in the elementary schools in the Changhua County. elementary schools teachers in Changhua County from different background variable have differentiation on cognition and behavior of organic diet, and understand cognition of organic diet have predictive power on behavior of organic diet.The questionnaire has been chosen as the major research method. Teachers from 27 schools in Changhua County were purposely selected as the object of study. The study adopted SPSS 22.0 software for statistical analysis, which several statistical methods were applied such as independent samples t test, one way ANOVA analysis, Pearson product moment correlation, and regression analysis. Research results and recommendations are made to promote the organic food policy reference in the campus in the future. The findings of this study are as follows: 1.Different gender, age, average monthly income, seniority of teaching, teachers whether purchase organic diet have significant differentiation on cognition of organic diet. 2.Different age, average monthly income, teachers whether purchase organic diet have significant differentiation on behavior of organic diet. 3.Organic agriculture and education of organic diet have influence on prediction of behavior of organic diet. According to the study five recommendations have been made at the following: 1.Reduce the price of organic food sales and expand sales channels to establish the perception of organic food. 2.Put organic diet and environment friendly production into the outlines of teaching in the primary and secondary grades. 3.Ensure the school lunch nutrition using organic ingredients. 4.Promote the studies of organic food. 5.Collaborate with community resources to promote organic gardens and eating in their school education.
