With the rapid change of technology and the coming of network age, the communication between people becomes more convenient. Under the continuous network development, innovation of services is created and e-commerce platforms are also formed, leading to the change of living and consumption habits of people. With consumption way not being invariable anymore, consumers are only required to slightly touch the keyboard by their fingertips, and very soon their required necessities will arrive at home. e-Commerce has changed the marketing and shopping ways, created many commercial opportunities, and also created a lot of miracles. However, in the meantime many costs are also wasted, such as delivery cost, personnel cost, management and marketing costs, etc. These costs all along cannot be easily saved. Even if there is only one consumer or there is only one product to be delivered to a district, delivery has to be made. Areas are extensive, and cannot become centralized and cannot be changed effectively. The alleged “centralization” refers to centralized delivery of products to the same district or to multiple consumers. In view of these problems, as well as population growth and concentration in urban residential buildings, the study integrates the existing advantages of marketing operation. Through push advertising service in lifts, as well as the existing marketing model and concentrated delivery model, any shopping inconvenience caused to consumers can be eliminated, and the consumed goods can be concentrated and delivered to consumers. With reduction of delivery and transportation costs as well as decrease of product purchase cost due to concentrated purchase of products in large volume, the profits and growth of the company can be improved, and meanwhile the shopping cost of consumers can also be saved.
