Popis: | 104 "Diet" plays the most important part in our daily life. As times change along with industry and economic development and a large number of women employed, it has pushed a great surge in eat-out consumption population. According to Global Views Monthly, the eat-out population in Taiwan was over 70 percent.Child Welfare League also pointed out that 49 percent of parents cooked less than three days a week and 22.9 percent of parents even never cooked at home. It can be seen that eat-out and take-away have become a national dietary pattern as well as future trend. Many researches from scholars also find that the age of regular eat-out group is getting lower. They are mainly around 20 to 34 years old. most of whom are students.These college students need to make choices about what to eat every day.What is their consumption value?And how do they make their decisions.when they have so many choices? All factors impact their final consumption and consuming behavior.The study intends to understand the current status and differences between college students' consumption value、consumer decision and consuming behavior. More to know how their consumption value and decision to impact their consumption behavior. It is served as a reference for college students while choosing what to eat and also a reference for catering industry operation management. |
