| Popis: | 104 The main purpose of this research was to understand the relationship between the Job Stress,Organizational Climate and the Job Burnout of the Basic-Level Police.A Sample of 265 primary samples were drawn from Kaohsiung city Police Department and Changhua county Police Department.The study was adopted by the questionnaire survey method. The collected data were analyzed by using t-tests,one-way ANOVA, product moment correlations,and regression analysis.The major results were as follows： 1.The correlations between the Job Stress,Organizational Climate and the Job Burnout were lowly positive. 2.The Job Stress has effect on Organizational Climate and Job Burnout. Organizational Climate has effect on Job Burnout. 3.The Organizational Climate has no significant mediator between the Job Stress and Job Burnout. |
