A Study of Relationship among Technology Industry Employees' Perceived Organizational Support, Job Involvement ,and Job Satisfaction.

Popis: | 104 This study aims to understand the relationship among technology industry employees’ perceived organizational support, job involvement, and job satisfaction. A total 380 purposive sampling questionnaires were conducted and 340 effective ones were retrieved (89.5 % effective response rate). The data are analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analyzed, reliability test, T-test, One way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and regression analysis. The results are as following: 1.Background variables of the technology industry employee have no significant differences in the perception of perceived organizational support. 2.Those employees between from 40 to 50 years old have a higher「focus fascinated」of Job Involvement level than those under 30 years old. 3.Mid-high executives have a higher「inner satisfaction」of Job Satisfaction level than those general employees. 4.The degree of technology industry employees’ perceived organizational support is medium-high. 5.The degree of technology industry employees’ job involvement is medium-high. "Absorption fascinated " level is higher than the "vigor Passionate." 6.The degree of technology industry employees’ job satisfaction is medium-high. The level of 「work autonomy」 is the highest. 7.There is a significant positive canonical correlation among technology industry employees’ perceived organizational support, job involvement, and job satisfaction. 8.The technology industry employees’ perceived organizational support and job involvement has positive predictive power toward job satisfaction. 9.Job involvement has partial mediating effect on the relationship between perceived organizational support and Job Satisfaction. Finally, possible explanations for these findings and implications were discussed in the later chapters. Based on the survey and findings, this study also proposed some relevant suggestions that could be a reference and the future researches. |
