When the airline routes expand or old aircraft deprecated, planned introduction of the new aircraft, but also need to maintain some models of aircraft, then repair team will also face new and old repair of aircraft. Failed to properly import the corresponding technical and fleet of aircraft, aircraft systems components can cause damage or injury to personnel. For maintenance personnel error may cause a high risk of loss faced by the flight safety. This study from the airline during the introduction of new aircraft, the airline due to the effective use repair costs, the maintenance time will be scheduled at the same time to repair more than one aircraft at a time when repair personnel repair the risk faced by management, new generation aircraft and the evolution of the old generation aircraft, the impact of aircraft maintenance personnel aspects of risk identification, to explore the reasons for human error. The major research models for the Airbus A350-900, A330-300 and Boeing B777-300ER. The person object-based on aircraft maintenance personnel, including maintenance and directly involved indirectly involved in the repair staff, maintenance covering all sectors of the aircraft maintenance personnel. At present aircraft maintenance personnel training system seldom mentioned about differences between the old and new models of training documents,. Training or work only focus on description of change in new aircraft, ignore the existence of the aircraft differences may result in human error on the aircraft maintenance. In this study, the difference in both the old and new aircraft as relevant job evaluation research will help to reduce the occurrence of human error.
