It’s quite challenging how to create a realistic 3D character models and a variety of dynamic facial expressions.Along with the upgrading of computer technology, General public for the 3D animation rendering is increasing the quality requirements. Therefore, how to get realistic 3D facial models quickly and related simulation be the subject of popular attention. Generally speaking the model roles must build from scratch 3D deep skill and take a lot of time. Although it can relatively quickly build but tends to lose its unique character for taking the existing model or object module. Therefore, in this paper we will study to get 3D method quickly and use several design steps and software operation techniques to accomplish build 3D objects. This paper, we can quickly obtain 3D human faces using several design steps and with operating software technology to build complete 3D objects. First 3D scanning roles to be stored, and then can be scanned to establish the role of a realistic 3D face models via software. The three-dimensional surface model 3D objects presented in the personal computer and software with sculpture mapping facial expression models (Mudbox and Zbrush) to process 3D scan, which aims to simulate a person's face with a personal style, and then create realistic facial expression changes also provide for subsequent representation facial animation topology wiring and excellent expression samples.
