Popis: | 104 Shojinryori, that is Buddhism''s clergy forbids for the discipline five commandments to take a life comprehensively, and as well as Mahayana Buddhism in order to forbid the edible meats, therefore is donating clergy''s time, with the vegetables, the legumes, the cereal these food material recuperation becomes the ingredients to call it Shojinryori. Shojinryori and Taiwan''s vegetarian diet have any different? There is “Take does not contain the meats sparse vegetable as the central ingredients.” means with the word 「Shojinryori」of Japanese. But this is definitely not the Taiwanese think simply hold the meat dishes.In this thesis, "Japan''s shojinryori" to explore sophisticated cuisine origin, development, and change. Afterwards Japan''s shojinryori will strive again attends to does with Taiwan''s vegetarian diet compares, discovers the center of similitude as well as the diversity.I hoping to make Taiwanese understand what is “Japan''s shojinryori” through this paper. |
