When teachers and students’ parents communicate well, teaching becomes easier. Teacher-parent communication can be carried out in a variety of ways. With the popularity of smart phones, LINE App has become a common communication tool for many people. As a result, LINE Stickers are used often by these people. To them, text messages are not enough for saying what they want to say if they go without LINE Stickers. This study is to investigate if the LINE Stickers convey exactly and subtly what the senders want to say and if the receivers can read the messages clearly or not, or they just misunderstand what the senders want to say. It is an issue worth studying. The subjects in this study were 25 fourth graders, 25 fifth graders and 25 sixth graders, their teachers and parents. The methods were surveys and the purpose of the study was to see the difference in the cognition of the LINE Stickers. An emotion cognition course was conducted to the fourth graders. Contrasts were made pre- and after- the course to understand if the course helped enhance the cognition in the students. Compared the cognition difference among the groups and how teachers and parents communicate through the stickers, the findings were: 1. The LINE Sticker course helped in deciphering messages and emotion categorization. 2. The higher the graders were, the better the accuracy their cognition to the Stickers were. Three groups of students seemed having troubles categorizing Stickers of dislikes or fears. 3. The accuracy in cognition in the Stickers were teachers were better than the students and parents but no significant differences were observed. 4. Teachers and parents thought LINE Stickers helped teacher-parent communication. They were satisfied with the interface in applying LINE Stickers. The loadings in operation were low.
