Popis: | 104 In the second machine age, Smart Technology leads to carry out artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, Internet of things(IOT) and service robots. There will be the teamwork relationship between human and robot. Collaboration situation is based on different task characteristics. In this study, moderator is task interdependence. In human-robot teams, trust plays an important role, the higher sense of trust among team members, there will be more coperation among employees and complete task together. In human-robot teams, combining artificial intelligence and human intelligence. Human and robot must undertake the results of the work together. The results of the work include success or fail. Therefore, it is important that people need to feel more responsible for the task and be more hard working. The purpose of this study was to investigate under the task interdependencies, the influences of trust and responsibility between interpersonal cooperation and human-robot cooperation. Research sample is over 18 years old people, including students and workers. In this study, a 2 × 2 experiment was conducted with cooperative partner(human-human teams, human-robot teams)and task interdependence(high task interdependence, low task interdependence) as dimensions. The experimental results found that people trust robot more than people and people feel more responsibility for the work of others in human-robot teams as compared in human-human teams. Thus, in task interdependence situation, people feel more responsibility for the work of others in human-robot teams as compared in human-human teams. Finally, give conclusions and practical recommendations. These findings suggest that building appropriate trust in human-robot teams, enhance staff for work experience and sense of self-worth of work and improve the degree of task interdependence. |
