A Study of the Relationships Among Tourists' Travel motivations, Experiential Quality and Perceived Value-An Empirical case of National Museum of Taiwan Literature

| Popis: | 104 In this study, we used National Museum of Taiwan Literature in Tainan as the research sample, and the purpose is to understand the relationship between the tourist’s motivation, experiential quality, and perceived value. A questionnaire survey was conducted to study those who had visited the Museum of Taiwanese Literature during the research period, and facilitated with the sampling method to collect data, a total of 419 valid questionnaires were collected. Based on this study, the museum will be able to improve the hardware and software environments, to enhance the development of cultural tourism, and increase the number of tourist visit. The results of this research after analyzed the collected data are as follows: 1. The motivation of the tourist’s visit will affect the quality of experience. 2. The quality of experience will affect the perceived value. 3. Pursuing physiological and psychological satisfaction will be driven by the tourist’s motivation and further enhance the needs of tourist’s perceived value. Finally, there are four recommendations made based on this research related to tourist’s motivation, quality experience, and perceived value: (1) Strengthen the diversity of literary themes to enhance the resonance from different ages. (2) Strengthen the promotion activities and reinforce the shortcomings of network information to increase people’s motivation to visit. (3) Set up the resting areas, improve the interior space and comfortableness of Literature Museum, and develop the professionalism and service attitude of internal employee. (4) Make the guided tour and the partition of the exhibition zone easy to understand, as well as improve the convenience to borrow books from the museum. |
