| Popis: | 104 The purpose of this study aimed to investigate the relationship between elementary school coaches communication behavior and school sports teams’ organizational atmosphere in Keelung.Survey was used in this study. The data was collected by questionnaires.The subjects were sampled by convenience sampling of the members who were participants in sports school teams in Keelung elementary school. 325 questionnaires were distributed, 325were valid and validity rate was 100%.The results are as follows: 1. Coach’s communication behavior is significantly correlated with sports teams’ organizational climate.Take advantage of two of them in the process of running a sports team. In addition to work hard on each aspect. The coaches also promote the communication skill and ability to themselves. It can kill two birds with on stone by having influence on organizing the atmosphere of sports team work. On the contrary, if the miscommunication happens,they also can improve it by the skills that I have metioned above. Then the situation of win win will come out as the result. 2. To suggest the schools provide more incentive programs. According to the actual need to hire proper coaches. The coaches need to have trainging to improve their skills in order to guide sports members toward the goal in the appropriate environment and a good concept as well. |
