Several centuries since the Industrial revolution,The rapid pace of corporate progress, Enterprises to choose the right position for the quality of talent, has always been seen as a problem faced by business operators on human resources issues. Always sigh that no talent can be elected. But in the job market, Job-hunting people have been complaining that they can''t find the right job. Or complaining about not being appreciated. How to achieve the balance between the supply and demand of the main employment in the talent market? This study cited competency theory for competent analysis. Construct a database of big data based on function. And the function of the iceberg theory and Big data analysis as the framework. Using the principle of principal component analysis. Data dimension reduction and cluster analysis principles for hierarchical data grouping. The movement of data into simple and complex. And the principle of regression analysis to construct a competency-oriented selection pattern. Through functional analysis of the complete enterprise competency database. This study effectively provides a selection mode for enterprises. When a job is vacant. Can in the form of a numerical addition. Quickly identify candidates for the position. Effectively save the process of recruiting staff to review resumes. Improve the quality of the recruitment review history. Reduce the risk of failure in recruiting and selecting enterprises and raise the right rate of recruiting the right people.
