Effects of Emotional Self-Efficacy , Self-Leadership and Group Interaction on Carnegie Course Satisfaction

This study was to investigate the association emotional self-efficacy and self-leadership and the Carnegie Course Satisfaction. Hoping for college students, elaboration of indicators to improve implementation mechanisms and supporting measures, provide for future reference related research. In the course of the study in a University of Science and Technology students for the study, Carnegie course to give lectures, and then administered questionnaire understand satisfaction. Questionnaire mining Beverley & Nicola & Donald scholars proposed Emotional Self-Efficacy Scale, Prussia & Anderson & Mans scholars proposed scale self-leadership,Shih-Chen Lee submitted interactive Groups scale. After the questionnaires were collected, First giving screening, sorting, coding, using spss and amos data analysis. Followed by exploratory factor analysis inferential statistics to validate the hypothesis of this study. The results show: (1). Interactive group has a positive effect on satisfaction Carnegie Training Course. (2). Emotional self-efficacy has a positive impact on group interaction. (3). Self-leadership has positive impact on group interaction. (4). Self-leadership has a positive effect on the emotions of self-efficacy. Based on the above discussion and conclusions of the study, The study recommendations were for school authorities, teachers. In the face of the school, Suggestions can (1) improve the holistic education curriculum planning. (2) provide equal opportunity to develop civic literacy. In the face of the teachers, Suggestions can (1) for students to interact more concerned with their own emotions and enhance self-efficacy. (2) the ability of students to collaborate gregarious and train their ability to think and restructuring of the received message of judgment. (3) focus on student-centered teaching methods to meet the needs of learners.
