Popis: | 104 In accordance with the life cycle for the conservatron of cultural heritage, the statuses of Monuments are begun to designation and ended in revocation. In this process, there are three important matters such as designation, restoration, management and maintenance. The management and maintenance of monuments will not only preserve its authenticity and integrity, but also make the detailed records in the earlier, middle and later stage of management and maintenance. It will become no important references to restore and reuse of monuments in the future. The primary work of the preservation is the management and maintenance of monuments. Until October 2015, the statistics of Taiwan's monuments is up to 822 pieces of data by the Bureau of Cultural Heritage, Ministry of Culture. Under the limited employees situation, how the Government effectively implements the management and maintenance of monuments, and deals with the huge data after the management, has become a very important issue. In the 21st century, it is the flourishing development of digitization era. After the operating systematization of Monument’s management and maintenance by digital technology, it will be a simple and versatile management tool and will be usefully dealt with complex work, and strengthened information management. The topic of this research is “The Study of Recording Routine Management and Maintenance Data of Monuments by Mobile Application Technology.” It focuses on how to make the most universal mobile application technology and portable devices (such as mobile phones, tablet) as a tool on routine management and maintenance of Monuments. Based on the current acts, regulations and Policy-orientated, build the framework and operational guidelines for the routine management and maintenance of Monuments of framework, and then design an App to carry out the digitization of Monuments’ management and maintenance. In this research, system design focuses on recording routine management and maintenance data of Monuments by mobile application technology, which is based on the managers of Monuments as the main system user. At first, using literature review method to make the Exploration of the cultural heritage preservation methods in the domestic and international, and understand the trend that applying digital technology on conservation and integration of cultural heritage has been towards internationalization. It referred the most significant issue on international Charters and Conventions, such as “Applying modern technology on preservation of cultural heritage,” and “Using the simple and easy tools to achieve the goal of cultural heritage preservation.” This study aimed on using the smart phone which equipped with mobile application technology as a tool on routine management and maintenance of Monuments. Then, design the system that meets the needs for the routine management and maintenance of Monuments by analyzing Taiwan’s preservation regulations and administrative processes of cultural heritage. Finally, this study selected two different types and scale of Monuments as the examples, that proving this system is suitable for all types of Monuments. Major findings are as follows can initially achieve. First, using digital technology to implement the management and maintenance of Monuments, is the best way that improves work efficiency in the investigation scene and reduces waste of resources. Second, building mobile application devices for working could be strengthened data management and analysis on the application in accordance with policy-orientated. Third, increase the responsiveness of data collections on field research. Finally, while continuously implementing the digitization of Monuments’ management and maintenance, there are two issues that offering for the further research. One is building the operational guidelines on the management and maintenance of Monuments for outsourcing professionals. The other is developing archive system of back-end administrative data collection. |
