Taiwan economic developments heavily depend on high-tech industry and Hsinchu Science Park is where many major high-tech companies are located. In the era when everyone is seeking speed and efficiency, particularly in the high-tech industry, these companies must have realized the importance of their employees as their key of success. The major workforce in the high-tech industry is relatively young, and the seniority differences between the supervisor and staff are usually small. As such it is questionable whether the leadership is able to effectively manage the team or may generate cognitive gap between the managers and staff which could introduce turnover intention as a result. In summary, the leadership behavior plays a key role in cooperate performance and the employee are the fundamental building block and most important assess of the cooperation. The purpose of this study is to explore the interconnections of leadership styles, personal attributes and turnover intention. An optical company was chosen as the research object. According to the result of survey, reference analysis the conclusions are summarized as follows: 1. Demographic variables have partial impact on turnover intention. 2. Leadership styles have some degrees of impact on turnover intention. 3. Personal Attributes have significant impact on turnover intention.
