Popis: | 103 The purpose of this study is to evaluate potential risk in ergonomics with operation on module process in the field of Semiconductor Laser. The applications of the finished product from semiconductor laser module are widely utilized in various business markets, such as Telecom, Consumer, Medical, and etc. Documents that are in associate with ergonomics are very limited in the Semiconductor laser research field. Currently the process of Laser Module manufacturing is still manual labor work, workers under the repetitive environments are hard to strain response in a short period of time but long term cumulative work load may leads to fatigue caused by muscle discomfort. During this study we used the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire, which was implied to investigate the status of workers musculoskeletal. We also used Musculoskeletal Disorders and Key Indicator Method for Manual Handling Operations to study the laser module processes for examination and evaluation. To improve the process operations in accordance to higher significant potential harm factors found in production processes. Finally, the signal data measured by upper limb muscles Electromyography (EMG) during the mode of operation of inspection processes at 0 degrees and 30 degrees and analyze the measured EMG signal data with converting calculation to get the Root Mean Square value and median frequency. This two values allows us to make suitable judgments on subject's muscle condition. The study showed that the uncomfortable sections of the worker's body appeared mainly at the neck, shoulders, hands and wrists. Diagnostic results appeared the upper parts of the body containing higher potential harms occurred while in the inspection process. In accordance to the results of measuring instruments, we observed that when the work surface is titled at 30 degrees, the neck and shoulder inclination of participants achieved more in muscle relaxation, therefore, the EMG strain situation of upper trapeziums, front triceps and biceps significantly displays less than 0 degrees. Median Frequency analysis results indicate that upper trapezius muscle at 30-degree angle can improve muscle fatigue significantly. Finally, we expect this study with relevant workflow can provide as a reference for constructing more comfortable working environment in the future. |
