Popis: | 103 We use two kinds of Niobium modified Iron-doped titanium oxide nanobelts powders. Nanopowders of niobium- and iron-doped titania oxide nanobelts have been synthesized by a hydrothermal method. Niobium oxide grafted Iron-doped titanium oxide nanobelts powders was prepared by sol-gel method.Using field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), high-resolution transmission microscopy (HR-TEM) observation material morphology. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis material crystal structure. Thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA),Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) evaluate the thermal stability of material. High resolution X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (HR-XPS) analysis the material element. Photoluminescence (PL) analysis the materials electron–hole recombination phenomenon. Zeta potential analysis the materials interfacial potential. Using three-electrode electrochemical measuring material photoelectrochemical properties. As a result, niobium- and iron-doped titania oxide nanobelts increases the thermal stability of the titania oxide nanobelt. It can suppressed electron-hole recombination. niobium oxide grafted iron-doped titanium oxide nanobelts can increases materials interfacial potential and suppressed electron-hole recombination at the interface. |
