Popis: | 103 In the city development vigorous nowadays, so many new building stands, each of these new buildings for the metropolis style and the environment landscape bringing better landscape and value; However there are many old buildings in city, and these old buildings, there are many violations, risk factors and reduces the city's appearance artistic factor, likely the building window railing, tile flaking, the advertisement size inconsistent and disorderly air-conditioning equipment and so on, result in a strong contrast to the new building and the old building. According to Construction and Planning Agency Ministry of the Interior to statistics, our housing buildings over 20 years old have more than 5.24 million households, up to 63.5% percent of all resident, in the recent years, old buildings often caused of falling tiles to hurt people and public safety, the dirty appearance, advertisement size inconsistent, and any buildings constructed without licences is affecting the landscape city. To improve this situation, civil society actively introducing construction technology for exposed wall renovation to improve, This study is located in West Dist, Taichung, Washington building and Beitun Dist, Taichung, Hong Kai residential towers for the study, proceed to empirical investigation and use of evaluation, survey building exposed wall renovation on landscape environment, daily life, quality interior, economical efficiency and safety of five factors to be assessed. The investigation result showed landscape environment: Washington resident giving a total average score 4.17, Hong Kai resident giving a total average score 3.77; daily life: Washington resident giving a total average score 3.20, Hong Kai resident giving a total average score 3.33; quality interior: Washington resident giving a total average score 3.05, Hong Kai resident giving a total average score 3.08; economical efficiency: Washington resident giving a total average score 3.3, Hong Kai resident giving a total average score 3.72; safety: Washington resident giving a total average score 3.74, Hong Kai resident giving a total average score 4.41. The effectiveness of the above that the refurbished facades, this study can be used as a basis for improved promotion of exposed walls of old buildings, by the study can be used on exposed wall renovation of efficiency increase, so that the Government and the public can learn more about exposed wall renovating for efficiency, make exterior walls renovating widely renovates outward appearance of old building in our country, to make city landscape to beautify, improve the quality of life of householder, achieve sustainable building benefits. |
