Popis: | 103 With the advance of the modern science and technology, portable devices have gained their popularity. For example, tablet, smart phones and ultrabooks become daily necessities in life. Most of the electronic devices must utilize the chargers to supply energy to batteries. It will be popular problem for us to create a fast and efficient charging technique to deliver the energy to the battery safely. The batteries are often charged with the aid of an isolated power supply to convert AC into DC. The low-power applications usually choose the flyback converter due to its low cost and high efficiency. In this thesis, the circuit design of an integrated primary side regulator is proposed to apply in the flyback converters. The auxiliary winding voltage sense and reflect the output voltage via knee voltage detection circuit to switch the charge mode. There are no additional external components as feedback path for the controller. It can correct and smooth the change between the constant current (CC) mode and the constant voltage (CV) mode. In CV mode, the knee voltage detection technique can be utilized to reduce the switching frequency so as to increase efficiency. Finally, the chip is fabricated by 0.25um high voltage mixed signal process. |
