Popis: | 103 The thesis develops a robot arm system for inner processing of a ring-type object cooperated with an existed ring-type fetching system. When a ring-type object is delivered from the conveyor belt to the holding area of the system, the ring-type fetching system will scan the barcode of ring-type object and fetches it to the top of the designed system and then system will spray painting on the inner of the ring-type object. The controllers used in this system are Programmable Logic Controller of Mitsubishi Q series. The "Pro face" human-machine interface was selected for operating in the product line. A simple motion module, a servo amplifier, and a servomotor are used in the development of the robot arm motion planning. Digital-analog converter modules are used for the adjustment of the spray gun. Integrating the two systems are integrated for the assembly operation. The thesis also uses vision processing technologies to develop motion planning, and designs PC human machine interaction to monitor system status and different control interfaces. By integrating a Personal computer and a Q-series PLC, several experiments, such as dotting graphs, real-time writing, and real-time spray paint are proceeded. |
