Popis: | 103 Power in Penghu island is mainly contributed by diesel generators and wind turbines. The wind power generations can reach more than 30% of total load in low load period in winter, and the current scheduling criteria determines the numbers of online diesel generators according to the net load which load demand deducts the output of the wind turbines, may underestimate the required reserves and the numbers of online diesel generators, consequently affecting the reliability and the quality of power supply. In this study, it mainly considered the intermittency of wind energy, taking such occurring probabilities of deviations from loads and wind energy into account, and also following relative operating principles and transmission requirements. With combining the proposed "system equivalent speed droop" and the "system M factor", it can simplize the characteristic of the power system under different loads, furthermore, to consider not to exceed the requirement of reliability and safety of power supply, it can estimate the system conditions such as the maximum loss of generation which system can withstand and the requirement of spinning reserves rapidly, and to get the optimal dispating of diesel generators in such load. As for experiments, it used the power system simulation program PSS/E to analyze Penghu system stability with cases of the maximum power generator tripped follows the wind power descended in used of proposed dispatching algorithm in order to confirm the feasibility. This study also aims at the most power reliability suspected season, winter, proposing a scheduling guideline table to provide operators operates more convenient and more intuitively in such high wind penetration conditions. |
