Popis: | 103 In the lighting field, OLED research has gradually become the mainstream of development, because of its thin, self-luminous, fast response rate. However, there are still short life OLED and the light loss is too great. There are two ways to control the color light. First, the optical film is attached to the OLED. Second, the internal structure of the material is changed. For example, change the internal structure or materials of OLED, microparticles doped, the filter is more common. In general, enhance specific colors of light, it is difficult to maintain the original luminance. Colored light control layer is fabricated by several methods. To control the colored light while also maintaining a high luminance. A variety of optical thin film structure was produced in this paper -(1) Sandwich structure (2) Colored light extraction layer (3) Copper compound solution film. These methods are designed to change the color temperature and spectrum, and the maximum increase luminance. Illuminance measurements was developed in this manner paper. Commercially available lamps with CNS national standards are used to develop a measurement method. MgO film is produced by doping particulates into PDMS. Enhanced Light illuminance efficiency is increased to 83%. In order to enhance the efficiency of light extraction of film for CPT-OLED. Discussion CPT OLED from a variety of optical theory. Currently, shade enhancement film was developed to enhance CPT-OLED brightening efficiency up to 52%. RGB three-color peak increase of 21%, 35%, 25%, respectively. |
