The major jobs for a construction company came by winning contracts in the bidding session. This made bidding become one the most important life cycle in construction industry and these flow has also been the focus of a discussion in construction management. In the past, knowledge of bidding was used to teach by traditional methods, such as textbooks and teaching given by professors. In fact, the concept of bidding was hard to be understood as the student lack of practical experience. This makes student hard to imagine the scenario and caused lack of interest while learning. To overcome this problem, concept of bidding can be taught with simulated the bidding using the board game. The main purpose of this board game is to let students learn the concepts of bidding effectively. The board game was design using cards. Each player of the game will represents a company and joins a series of bidding sessions in the game. At each bidding session, the player whose bidding price is the lowest win the bidding. The bidding price minus the project cost is the profit or loss. The player whose wealth is the greatest win the game. This study was divided into three parts: (1) Simulating some bidding models using Monte Carlo Method. To obtain the reference for the board game design, some bidding models were simulated with Monte Carlo Method, and the results were analyzed to get some useful conclusions to conduct the design of board game. (2) Design of the board game. The board game were divided into 5 stages. Each stage added a new bidding concept into the game to help the players to focus on learning one bidding concept. (3) Evaluation of the effectiveness of the board game. The evaluation were conducted by some players, who were undergraduate students to evaluate whether this game was well-design.
