The Performance Analysis and Simulation Software Design for Closed Type Cooling Tower

Cooling tower separate two type, one is opened and another is closed. In this research, I aim at the closed type cooling tower and it is not popularized now. From the energy saving perspective, the high effective cooling tower needs to transfer the heat in the minimal area in order to transfer better so that we could reduce the operation cost. According to the parametric variation, the theories of closed type cooling tower, by using the programming language, VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to develop the interactive processing analyzed closed type cooling tower system in the individual computer. The VBA can calculate the complicated formula with the heat charts in order to receive the correct results and decrease the time. If the users can improve the function of cooling tower, the users do not need to build the entity machines. They can use the closed type cooling tower system to simulate the operating. By doing it, users can improve the functions and modify the size so that users can reduce the cost and time on experiment. This research is also mention the data of the closed type cooling tower that tested the functions by the adjusted instruments. The functions included the entrance and the exit temperature of the cooling water, the entrance and exit temperature of air, the cooling water flow, air volume, and the circulated water flow. After the tested, the measure data compared with the analyzed system data and it proved the deviation, the accuracy of the system and the convenience for the users afterward. The result is about second example’s deviation of average parameter. The margin of error about the entrance cooling water is 0.755%, for the air volume is about 10.27%, the air humidity is 3.72%, however the heat dissipation is around 5.926%.
