| Popis: | 103 As disasters occur, real-time emergency plan and support system are crucial to reduce life and property loss. The greatest challenge, however, is the uncertainty of the incident during the response process. Emergency management is a complex work, requiring integration of different organizations and interfaces. Without coordination, various management issues arise. In this research, to train emergency management staffs know well the situation, hazard and operation procedure before and during the typhoon and flood through different simulated training modules (ex. Typhoon, flood) and to respond quickly and efficiently to various disasters by means of operating emergency management information support system and training ability of emergency response and communication/coordination are two major topics. Interactive training system for typhoon and flood in Taipei City is to train emergency management staffs. This system is comprised of digital learning program in terms of emergency management knowledge and procedure, types and scales of typhoon and flood footage, and simulated training program. Digital learning program provides systematic learning for emergency management knowledge and concept and simulated training program exercises operation and response abilities. In this system, it is to train various staffs, to enhance efficiency of command and operation, to manage historic disaster events, and to learn pragmatic operation procedure and experience in accordance with different reconstructed disaster scenarios, actual demand of manpower and equipment, communication program and realistic/virtual computing models. |
