Popis: | 103 Most family members have routine daily life, especially for those office workers. Reading newspaper before going out for work or having dinner together with family in the living room is sometimes the family union time in a day. An automatic control of the living room lighting would be good to the happy moments. Due to the popularity of smart phones, application systems to control home appliances were gradually introduced to the market. But those systems only provided on/off control function and they did not have any intelligent control mode. If we can refer to lifestyle and ambient environment conditions to adjust illumination then the living room environment would become warm. In this study, we apply fuzzy inference model to design microcontroller program that implements a real smart home lighting control. By integrating dimmable LED lamps, passive infrared sensing sensor (PIR sensor) or illumination sensor with microcontroller users can manually or automatically adjust lighting via Bluetooth communication from smart phones. The presented automatic adjustment method is achieved by fuzzy inference model that was built from the sensed external daylight illumination data and personal preference to design the fuzzy rule base. The proposed fuzzy model is allowed users to set up their personal preference to comfortable illumination and to save energy consumption. |
