| Popis: | 103 This thesis presents a reconfigurable antenna implemented by using diode switches such that the frequency and polarization directions of the antenna can be changed to achieve the best receiving or transmission effects. The structure of the antenna is based on a circular patch antenna with a ring slot on it. On the ring slot, a total of 18 diodes are placed at an equal interval of 20°. By selectively turning on or off these diode switches, the excited modes and currents are changed accordingly, thus changing the polarization of the antenna and operating frequency. Finally, a five band reconfigurable antenna covering, GSM900, LTE Band21(1500 MHz), GSM1800, Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz) is successfully realized with 9 possible polarization directions for each band. |
