And how to establish prevention system. It's refer to foreign system and practices. Hope to establish a rational and effective of drug preventive measures. It's start to change the physical and mental in juvenile stage. It's due to face the environment effects, physical and mental changes. Let them anxious or depressed when face the pressure. Even to happen deviation behavior. The drug abuse of behavior in juvenile is failed to fit the community and problem for physical & mental.It did not effectively solve the teenager of problem in traditional anti-drug propaganda. The general public think about drug addicts will go to crime from social news. And image them belong to dangerous group. In fact there are many different stages in medical science about the administered drugs before been an addict.
