| Popis: | 103 Since 2000, Taiwan’s National Health Insurance launched the Medical Ventilator- Dependent Patients Integrated Delivery System. The Taiwanese Government hopes to reform the insurance payment system, introducing a managed medical approach to improve patient care and other related medical problems. This study uses statistical analysis and a system simulation approach to analyze the relationship between respiratory care policy and hospital management. The first part analyses the status of the hospital management and Health Insurance Research Database Construct simulation model based on the dynamics of the Respiratory Care System. The second part uses sensitivity analysis to adjust key policy variables. When the government amends respiratory care policy, the hospital management has more consistent guidance. Since its implementation, the Medical Ventilator-Dependent Patients Integrated Delivery System has produced many unexpected results. This study aimed to provide more and better data to the government and hospitals for future policy development. |
