In addition to assisting the elderly to live in hospital and heart disease, diabetes and even cancer cases back to health, it is more important is to teach them to get self-care, so that patients can control the disease in a better state, to avoid complication, reduce repeated hospital admission the probability, therefore, for enhancing self-efficacy deeply interested in health behavior, imagine the process of the implementation of low-carb diet is capable of self-efficacy have an impact on health behavior, how to implement a multiplier effect can be achieved, so investigate health behavior and low self-efficacy correlation between eating behavior of carbon. This study focused on low-carb diets and low-carb diets cognitive behavioral intentions influence of self-efficacy for the individual's health behavior, the use of convenient ways to extract the required sampling sample survey to distribute to all ages Number of questionnaires, official questionnaires in 2015 Surveying the beginning of March to the end of April 2014 questionnaires were collected. Formal questionnaires were distributed and 250 were returned of 237, after deducting invalid the last valid sample size of 229 questionnaires.
