A Study of Students' Intention to Use the Network Platform Quality of E-Learning.

Popis: | 103 In the digital era, e-learning have become a trend in the universities. However, it is still important to understand how to improve the usage of e-learning of university students. Shih Hsin University has its own e-learning network platform that the university should know how to grasp user’s attention and willingness to use the platform. Based on literature review, it is indicated that platform quality will affect usage intention. In connection with Shih Hsin University, to understand the user perceived quality for the usage of E-learn and the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) with perceived playfulness. The theoretical framework in this study is based on the “Function Quality” of the electronic service quality proposed by Collier and Bienstock. Davis proposed the TAM’s subjoin “Perceived Playfulness” concept is added to discuss the relationship between user’s usage intention and e-learning network platform’s service quality. The Entity questionnaire and Internet questionnaire method were used to gathered the effective sample. The results were analyzed that: User’s usage intention and e-learning network platform’s service quality and TAM, perceived playfulness have strong relationship. The statistical analysis of survey questionnaires indicated that the privacy is the most important e-learning network platform’s service quality for using the web sites. Furthermore, the highest degree of cognitive of TAM and perceived playfulness is perceived playfulness. The study provides the e-learning network platform’s developers and university with the following suggestions: Should strengthen the network platform presents beautiful, platform design innovative, allowing users to experience the visual and aesthetic to increase intention and willingness to use. |
