| Popis: | 103 This essay is based on research employees in tour operators, study each individuals on how their personal condition and their career status influence their travel behavior. We used surveys as media of this essay and received 400 valid feedback. We divide these respondents into 3 categories: 1. Personal profile: sex, age, marital status, number of child, education level. 2. Career status: yearly income, seniority, agency type, job position, job title. 3. Travel behavior: number of days spent on travel, companion, location, type, and cost, domestic or international travel. In statistical inference part using cross table. Analyzed survey results as shown: personal condition has great relevant of influence on travel behavior, career condition has great relevant of influence on travel behavior. |
