Popis: | 103 Due to the fast development of information and internet technology, the global economy has entered the era without borders. Businesses from most countries are heading globalization. Following the trend of globalization, the domestic enterprises invest overseas not only for reducing costs, but more importantly to expand market. While the Regional Economic Integration is increasingly prevailing, Taiwan's businesses need to accelerate overseas expanding and investing in order not to be left out from that integration. It becomes more important to understand the repatriation willingness for Taiwan's enterprises to face the increase of dispatched personnel. The purpose of this research is to find out the effects of organizational empowerment, job autonomy, and organizational identification on repatriation willingness. This research applied questionnaire for 223 Taiwan's enterprises with dispatched experience. Statistical methods such as factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis were adopted to test the proposed hypotheses. The result indicates that: 1. organizational empowerment has positively significant effect on job autonomy, organizational identification and repatriation willingness; 2. job autonomy, organizational identification has positively significant effect on repatriation willingness; 3. The relationship between organizational empowerment and repatriation willingness is mediated by job autonomy and organizational identification. |
