| Popis: | 103 The purpose of this study is to observe and explore the changing process of teenagers who participate in the "Building Dreams" plan of Taipei South Youth Service Center. This study is a qualitative research with participating observation and deep interview methods. Findings are as following. First, teenager's inner true feelings are not easily touched. Especially when facing unfamiliar situations, they may mask themselves. Second, they were empowered during the "Building Dreams" plan, but it needs to be precisely evaluated that how powerful the plan is. Third, the plan indeed brings teenagers autonomy and helps them develop the momentum for future progresses. Accordingly, the study also gives institutions and teenagers recommendations respectively, and provides "Building Dream" program more substantial suggestions to achieve sustainable development goals. |
